Why We Do What We Do

Old Dude’s Catering was born from more than just a love for food — it’s a love letter to the people who raised us, fed us, and showed us what hospitality really means. Every dish we serve carries the stories, flavors, and values passed down through generations.

This business is about family, legacy, and showing up with presence — just like they did.

MEET SIERRA

Sierra Hall – Chef, Founder, Big Sister, Storyteller

I never planned to become “the caterer.”

I just knew I loved feeding people. I knew what it felt like to be fed by folks who put their whole heart into a plate. Folks like my grandma, my uncle, and my brother — who all shaped how I move in a kitchen and in life.

Yes, I’m Sierra. I run this. But the way I season, serve, and show up? That’s all them.

Old Dude’s isn’t about making meals — it’s about honoring the ones who raised me right, and building something my family would be proud of. I just happened to be the one who turned that into a business.

the values that guides us

The values Anthony brought into his relationship with me and our youngest brother, Aiden, are now woven into every single thing Old Dude’s does. From initial inquiry to clean-up after the last guest, we move with:

Over-Communication

Because clarity builds comfort.

Transparency

You’ll always know what to expect.

Integrity

If we say it, we mean it. We’re always honest.

Presence

Every client matters. Every plate matters.

We don’t cut corners. We don’t rush. Because Ant taught us — we can't keep pushing without those things.

That’s the real secret behind Old Dude’s.
It’s not just the food.
It’s the spirit we serve it with.

This business is dedicated to him, always. Every tray prepped. Every event served. Every plate filled with love
